1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and APK Slot ("Company", "we"). This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access or use the APK Slot Platform.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full:

• Registering a new account with APK Slot
• Logging in to your existing account
• Making a deposit or carrying out any financial transaction
• Using any game or service on the platform

APK Slot reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the notice date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use APK Slot's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Location: Be based in Malaysia or hold valid eligibility to access online betting services
• Legal Capacity: Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Non-Staff: Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of APK Slot staff
• Not Prohibited: Not included on any active self-exclusion or gambling prohibition list

APK Slot uses automated verification systems and manual checks to ensure all members meet the eligibility requirements. Providing false information for the purpose of registering an account is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on APK Slot at any one time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Termination of all associated accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiture of all existing balances and winnings
• Permanent ban from the APK Slot platform
• Legal action where necessary

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, identification card number, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. APK Slot is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details.

Your account password must be strong (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers) and must not be shared with anyone. APK Slot recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

APK Slot supports the most popular local Malaysian payment methods to make your deposit and withdrawal transactions hassle-free. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the APK Slot finance team. All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review before being processed. APK Slot reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

APK Slot offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Offered to new members upon their first successful deposit. A wagering requirement of 20x the bonus value applies before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Weekly Deposit Bonus: Awarded to active members based on their total deposit amount for that week. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus value.
• Cashback: Calculated based on net losses over the specified period. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday and carries no wagering requirement.
• Festive Bonus: Special promotions for Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Hari Merdeka, and other celebrations. Wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion.

APK Slot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been credited but whose wagering requirements have not yet been met may be voided if system abuse is found to have occurred.

6Betting Rules

All betting activity on APK Slot — covering slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), E-Sports (MLBB MPL, DOTA 2), and live in-play matches — is subject to the following rules:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within each game's interface before a player places a bet.
• The outcome of all slots and casino games is determined by an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party, including APK Slot.
• For Sports Betting and E-Sports, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, unless there is a manifest technical error.
• In-play bets placed after an event has started are subject to real-time verification, and APK Slot reserves the right to void any bet accepted after the outcome of an event is known.
• APK Slot reserves the right to void any bet reasonably believed to have been placed through fraudulent means, exploitation of technical errors, or on the basis of insider information.

Winnings will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each game type. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the result being declared.

7Prohibited User Conduct

APK Slot users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to exploit game vulnerabilities
• Transferring funds between member accounts without APK Slot's approval
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or identity
• Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or harassing towards other players or APK Slot staff
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information
• Uploading or distributing malware or harmful content through the platform
• Engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering

8Privacy & Data Security

9Account Termination & Suspension

APK Slot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Members may also request voluntary account closure through customer support.

If APK Slot terminates an account due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. APK Slot will notify the player of this decision via their registered email.

In the event of voluntary account closure by a member, all eligible balances will be refunded within 5 business days upon completion of a standard security review, provided there are no outstanding issues associated with the account.

10Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall APK Slot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance
• Data loss due to system failure or third-party disruption
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party data providers
• Any financial losses resulting from betting outcomes
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence

APK Slot's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11Responsible Gambling

APK Slot is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and never become a financial burden or a source of dependency. A range of tools is available to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
